Standard Memberships
We also offer standard memberships for both long term and short term periods. Standard memberships are a stripped down membership type, without any training program, coaching and nutrition guidance. While it comes without the benefits of Program Overhaul, you still get unlimited entry, and access to all facilities at a lower price than Program Overhaul.
